22 senenin üstüne geldiğim Bitlis’te müşterimizin misafiri olarak burada Büryan yedik. Büryan kebabı 1 yaşını geçmemiş oğlak etinden sabah 5 de buharla pişen bir kebap türü. Ne kadar erken yenirse o kadar yağından kaybetmemiş ve daha lezzetli olur. Bu tesiste 3 nesildir büryan kebabı yapıyor ve oldukça lezzetli. Tavsiye ediyorum.
