Was having a great time just relaxing and waiting for my wife to finish shopping, I bought a coffee and a brownie to support the shop, I went up for a refill (thinking there were free refills-no signs specifying no free refills) and filled the cup 1/5ths of the way before the coffee pot started sputtering and emptied out. Once my wife arrived I went up to see if there was coffee in the pot to get a full cup of coffee and then leave and then the lady behind the counter proceeded to tell me that there are no refills and that they are 1/2 off. I decided to pay for a refill that would of cost me around $1.50 for a 16oz cup and she charged me $3.18. When I asked her if this was the actual price for a refill she told me yes and flat out lied to me. I made an honest mistake thinking that the refills were free since I'm used to panera and other coffee shops that have free refills (that's why they place the coffee and drinks outside of the cash register area) I was willing to support this coffee shop, but instead stick to panera and Starbucks since their coffee is a better quality anyways. Please don't lie to your customers for a measly $1.50 and please put a sigh specifying that there are no free refills included.
