I had a craving for Spaghett today. Ordered through doordash and unfortunatley my first DD driver failed to complete the delivery. Door Dash refunded and I resubmitted the order. Took me by suprise when Becky from By the Bucket gave me a call when she noticed my order came through a second time to check and make sure it was correct and everything was okay. Talk about steller customer service the kind you dont often see nowadays. I have ordered from By the Bucket a couple times and food is alway delicious and well packaged and after the how thoughtful and caring Becky was about her customers just had to come and leave a review. Huge shout out to the team that helped me early in the evening on February 21! We had a bunch of hungry kids at a musical theater practice and unfortunately the app that I placed my order through did not send it to this location timely. Well, that did not stop the team from delivering! They made an awesome meal for almost 100 kids very very quickly. I am so thankful for how hard they worked, how they made sure that everything was just right, and handled a stressful situation with a lot of grace and humor. We will be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Came in on 2/11/14 My Girlfriend and i learned about By the Bucket from a video. Needless to say i couldn’t have imagined a better experience!!! We traveled from Nebraska, came in 10 minutes early and they were more than happy to serve us and after learning we came so far gave us a free dessert! Without a doubt Patrick and the staff made our vacation memorable!! Will be back 1000000%
