Best Cafe in Golden CO!! Their food, coffee, pastries, and staff are amazing - so friendly every time. I usually get the golden plate for some simple deliciousness, but everything is so good it’s kind of ridiculous. Must try their kouign-amann’s + their honey lavender oat milk latte is 10/10. Great stop when in town or on your way to lookout mountain! Love this place!

Had an awesome breakfast experience at Cafe 13 during our Colorado trip! The cappuccino was fantastic, and the avocado toast was really good. The ambiance and mountain view were amazing, making it a perfect start to our day. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stopped by after a morning hike for a cup of coffee and breakfast sandwich. I’ve been wanting to try this cafe for awhile and today was a perfect day! The more was plenty of seating but we chose to sit outside since it was so beautiful out! The sweet treats in the case looked so inviting, fresh and delicious. However the menu enticed our appetites a little more. The Sunrise breakfast sandwich was exactly what I needed! The server was welcoming, quick and efficient. Can’t wait to come back again to try some other goodies!

Since I live so close to the town of Golden and love to get the day rolling with strong coffee, I decided to treat myself to a cup of java at Cafe 13. For those who don't know, Golden is located on the very westside of the Denver metroplex and boasts a unique slice of historic Colorado. Although the area is growing rapidly, it still maintains its original laid-back back vibe that many are drawn to.
Cafe 13 upholds that unique vibe by offering coffee at all taste levels, pastries of all varieties, and hearty breakfast plates. If you go in on a Sunday, you will want to get there fairly early ahead of the 10am crowd because around that hour it gets pretty full, so you will most definitely have to stand in line to acquire your fare.
On this occasion, I selected the Ham & Guyere Cheese Croissant paired with a Signature Cafe 13 coffee, which was recommended by the staff for boldness as well as a good kick of caffeine.
Seating is ample, with indoor and outdoor tables. Note to self: next go round, get there early, order a hearty breakfast, and take your time soaking in the morning. Trust me, this establishment won't disappoint!

Yum yum! Cute little gem and the food is full of flavor. We had both of the scrambles and I loved them equally. The pumpkin sangria is definitely a season winner.
