Title: Mixed Experience - Great Atmosphere, Poor Service
Review:
The atmosphere at this restaurant is fantastic - a real standout feature. However, the food was only okay, and the service left much to be desired. During my visit with friends on 2/9/24, we sat on the bench by the wall and were unfortunately neglected by our waitress for over 40 minutes after our second drink order. It was frustrating that she didn't explain how the rodízio and buffet worked, leading to confusion. It's evident that the service could greatly benefit from more attentive training for the staff. While the place itself is awesome, the experience could have been much better, especially for those not seated in the middle of the restaurant.

It’s a place I really like but yesterday it disappointed me.Went there just to drop off 2 of my friends to the Carnaval and the security said I couldn’t enter the parking lot even tho I was just dropping off.The “best” part is that he was super rude about it
