Café Luck Cafe a Oberhof

Café Luck in Oberhof is a mixed bag. The location, decor and sunny terrace are all great, but the customer service leaves something to be desired. Prices are high for a self-service cafe and portions are small. The staff can be slow and seem stressed. It's also worth noting that the toilets cost 1€ to use, which is unacceptable given the already high prices. Furthermore, the owner's response to negative reviews has been unacceptably rude. The cakes and nougat ice cream are both delicious, however. All in all, Café Luck is worth a visit, but be prepared for some unexpected charges.
