Cafe is nice. Coffee was good but when we came there was no place to sit. It was packed! Looks like two large groups of 12+ people took up most of the cafe. Looks like they’ve been there for a good minute because no one had food or drinks. Multiple people walked out without purchasing anything because they saw that there was no where to sit and enjoy the coffee and dessert.

A friend brought us a seesaw latte, and we fell in love with it. They put the right and perfect amount! Ever since then we have to go get one when we are in the area. Their place and so clean and welcoming , the energy is very pleasant. Definitely recommend going here .

Things you should know:
I. PARKING
Cafe SeeSaw is within a plaza and shares a large, free public parking lot with the adjacent businesses. You'll always be able to conveniently find a space here.
II. SERVICE
Friendly, down-to-earth, and timely with turning over orders. The barista will call your order out when it is ready, serving it at the counter on a cutely colored tray. By the way, there's a self-serve water station and free WiFi.
III. QUALITY
When you order, Cafe SeeSaw has a display of the coffee bean and date it's ground up to be brewed so you know you're getting the freshest ingredients. My coffee-snob self has tried an Americano and it gets the seal of approval as dense and acidic. Their cappuccinos are also well balanced. They even do latte art here! How rare for a cafe that serves in paper cups..! For my guilt-free friends, the menu offers sugar free vanilla syrup.
IV. CAPACITY
The mornings on weekdays are slow up until noon ~ Then it really gets packed. I suggest getting in before 11 if you plan to camp out and knock out work so you can find a table with an outlet for your laptop.

I liked the warm/modern atmosphere and there was more seating than what it looked like from outside. Wish they had more variety in baked goods though. I tried their panna cotta (similar to custard pudding) and it was very tasty. Creamy but slightly firm - exactly how I like it. The cafe is not a large place, but can be a good hangout for group of 2-3 people.

Panna Cotta
My new favorite coffee shop! Cozy interior, great service, AMAZING coffee. Their SeeSaw latte is fantastic. I love that they offer decaf coffee that's actually really great quality (hard to find). It is a little pricey, but that would be only complaint. LOVE this place.
