Zupas generally is pretty great. The speed and service is a bit streaky. Sometimes it’s amazing. Others, it’s hard to get people to even acknowledge you while you’re standing in line. Also food is great. (Avoid the fried chicken at all costs. Ie Kids meal. Tastes like cancer. ) I think nearly everything else is super. Overall still recommend Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes Brisket Grilled Cheese

This was an Uber Eats pick-up. I have picked up from this location several times. It has taken a few moments (every time) to get noticed, as the staff is usually busy talking amongst themselves. The food was only ready one time. Only once were they even busy, so having to wait on customer service and the food is frustrating. I like zupas but this location is not on par with the rest. Smaller portions than any other location I've been to. I've been to this location 4 times since it opened. The first two times major ingredients were missing from my salads. I just thought they were still learning. I gave them time and tried again. Ingredients were there the last two times but the portion sizes of salads at this location are so small. I see other reviews saying the same. Zupas has been a place my wife and I like to eat at every now and again. We like the food. However, this last time we definitely didn't have as good an experience. The roll felt like it was bought at Walmart, and the rest of the food was good, but not quite like we liked. We're not sure if it's the location or overall, we'll probably try again later to see if it was just a one time experience, and if we find it was just one time, we'll change our review. We still gave it 4 stars, because our history shows this is a good place to eat, I would have probably gave it 3 from just this last experience. Food: 4

I love eating here but the service has gone down quite a bit. I came in today for lunch and my order was made completely wrong. The sticker printed was correct but they put a completely different sandwich in the box. I tried to call the restaurant multiple times and nobody will pick up the phone. Visiting the area and figured I would give this a shot while my friend was delayed on meeting me for dinner. The staff is incredibly friendly and the food was fresh and tasty. I believe I had the brisket quinoa bowl, my memory isn't the best with names. I have no clue if the meal comes with the chocolate strawberry, but it was a great treat to find. 1st time for wife and I, sister and brother in law invited us here lunch and it was great. Staff was friendly and very helpful in ordering. Nice atmosphere. I ordered the turkey bacon ranch sandwich and lobster soup, wife the salad. Very happy we stopped there. Highly recommend. If you’re looking for something healthy and delicious, this is it! My favorite soup/salad/sandwich shop in Cache Valley. I’m a big fan of the avocado chicken chop salad, Turkey bacon avocado sandwich, and clam chowder soup! I love that the try two combo comes with a roll and chocolate strawberry! Cafe Zupas has really upped its game. There is online ordering, kiosk ordering, drive through and even real people. The soups are roughly the same they have been the last 10 years but if they're good, why change them? The salads have improved significantly and each order still comes with a roll and a dipped strawberry. The decor is fresh and modern, with lots of color and open air. We will definitely be back for another round of soup and salad!
