Wished I have known about this place sooner. Cookies are perfect for gifts and is only $4 each, which is a good deal. I'm not into the drinks (ordered an ice coffee) as in I'm not a coffee person but their chocolate chip cookies are a perfect brown and even better than most other restaurants Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Friends inspired theme. Found this spot by accident and had breakfast here. The Chipotle croissant was perfect; toasted with egg, bacon, and cheese. Top'd it off with rice crispy latte triple shot, which lasted after the stroll next door to the iconic Greenspans and accompanying stores down Tweedy. They are also Rated A and have a bookshelf in their coffee shop. Prices are affordable, save your Starbucks money😁 and go here.
