I am over the top Quality coffee user, just one cup per day, but ready for frequent guests. I have tried everything including my own imported green beans and roasting outdoors. Yes, that is the ultimate… but much work and inconvenience. Coffee roasting does not smell good by the way. The equipment is costly and messy. I have used every brand available.
