I ordered online and my whip was not put on. I also didn't know that if you wanted to upgrade to a larger size you ordered that size and use the upgrade tag. Confused me as I didn't know that. Baristas are all very friendly and leave me smiling when I leave. To top it off, they still have my pumpkin syrup in stock, so you will get my biz over the competition every time! Food and drink are both amazing and keep myself and my teen coming back every week.
