We didn't have to wait to sit down because the place wasn't full. We sat down and as the waiter was bring us out our drink, she knocked over the oil bottle that was on the table and it busted. The oil spilled all over the floor making it slick and messy. We tried to help catch the bottle before it hit the ground but we weren't successful. The oil got on my clothes and shoes along with my wife's clothes and shoes. We were offered to sit a few tables down from where the bottle broke and made a mess on the floor. A manager never came by to ask if we were got hurt from the broken glass or to check on the incident!!!! Our appetizers, food and soups all came out at the same time. You could tell that the had been sitting there because it had gotten cold, I guess thats due to the incident and they forgot about our food. Drinks were not filled as fast either. I would think if a glass bottle got broken while customers and their children were sitting at a table that a Manger would come over and check in with guest to see of their was a concern but no manager ever came!!! The manager Mrs. Charmaine was beyond amazing exceptionally accommodating took her order. We arrived early. She asked us if we wanted anything to drink while we wait. She took my credit card provided me my military discount the food we waited for about 10 minutes we got to the house it was messed up on one of the orders, but we called them. She gracefully credit the entire meal for the inconvenience. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Again, they have earned my business for life now that I am a new here to the Douglasville city. We came for our anniversary dinner on a Thursday night and it wasn't too busy. We got seated right away and recieved our waters and drinks. The peach and the blackberry sangria were very nicely made. We went with the tomato caprese with fresh burrata served with bread for the appetizer and it was a 10/10. The nice part about it was that you can add it to your sides and entrees as well. The parm salad was good and so was the soup of the day which was sausage with lentils. My fiance even added some of the mozzerlla from the appetizer to his soup and loved it. The fettuccine weesie was absolutely delicious. Added some chicken to it and made it even more filling and tasty. My fiance had the italian classic trio and while he liked it, he felt as though his chicken parm was overcooked (it did have some burnt edges) and the alfredo was lacking sauce. I typically order food from this location once a week as ai love their chicken soup. Tonight I decided to order the 7oz steak, it was so small I thought it was a meal for a child. I called the restaurant and was informed that all steaks are weighted. She sais to come back and give them another chance. Needless to say, I'm not ordering from this location again.
