Literally wish I could rate this place a 10/5. Amazing! Incredible! My favorite place, seriously, I think about it at least once a day. I’m vegetarian and the cauliflower is outstanding, they marinate it and it’s just so meaty and everything I could hope for, I hope they never get rid of it. My boyfriend loves the meat options too! Lived in Denver area for four years, have tried dozens of Mexican restaurants over that period. This is the best I've had. You just know that when a place got its start with a food truck and now has a brick and mortar location that it's going to be good. I came in with high expectations and they were exceeded. I have been a fan of these guys since they were a food truck! Delicious food, it’s always a spot I bring my friends visiting. The staff is super nice and accommodating.
