We have been ordering from this Casey’s for 5 years now and every time we order something changes. Sometimes they deliver to our address and sometimes it’s out of their delivery area. Sometimes you can use your rewards with delivery sometimes you can’t. Sometimes you have to have a credit card on file sometimes you can pay when delivery. You just never know. So we are at the point we just won’t order anymore. At least this way I know what I’m going to get. I guess we’ll just go across the street to the Pizza Peel. They deliver to our address and cash accepted.
Brand new building, lots of selection on the fast food. Beautiful Donuts. Fresh all the time due to a high traffic volume. And the people are fairly nice to you! Better-than-average for sure!
Randy was so helpful. He actually noticed I had my hands full with items and brought over a drink carrier to put the coffees in! What an asset this Casey's has. Feel welcome as well as appreciated in the store. Mask wearing also!!😃
Really hate the inconveniences of convenient store like the new policy of prepay for fuel. Have to go in and out twice or eat cold food if in once then have to pump fuel. If you have to be inconvenienced may as well hit a drive thru elsewhere or buy fuel elsewhere so you can actually fill tank cause you have to guess what fills tank at stupid prepay just sucks
Tried calling 3 different times to place an order; the first time, it rang 21 times, yes... I waited that long. The 2nd time, it rang 17 times then there was a pick up and click. At that point, I did not want to try again, but I enjoy their subs and I thought, "ok, they're busy"; I tried one more time; rang 8 times and finally someone picked up. Let me say whomever answered was NOT in a good mood or something and was not pleasant to talk to despite my being courteous and kind. I wanted to say screw it and hang up, but since I was finally able to get someone on the phone, I placed the order. 1/2 hour wait. Oh, I'll be back to report if there is something wrong with my sandwich. I'm just really disappointed in their customer service or LACK thereof.
Always dirty. Trash cans always overflowing. Paper towel dispensers empty. Receipts for credit card purchases at the pump hardly ever print.
No evidence of management.
Thankfully not the only station in the area.
Need to work on their pizzas, ordered two large pizzas and they were not fully cooked. The cheese and toppings would just slide off the limp crust as soon as you pick it up. Been to other Casey’s in the area and have never had a problem like this.
Horrible service when calling to order a pizza. Demanded the “promo code” that wasn’t even on the coupon that was mailed to me. Then they called 10 minutes later saying they couldn’t even make the pizza they just took the order for....what a joke.
