Had an absolutely amazing dinner here. Everything was perfect - service, food quality, wine list. We chose from a la carte menu as we have some dietary restrictions. The restaurant offered us gluten free bread and gluten free brioche for foie gras. Truly appreciated. We had oysters, scallops, foie gras and a lobster for sharing. All dishes were excellent but foie gras was divine. The desserts were good too and had a very original presentation. Dreaming of coming back Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Just WOW! We had an amazing experience at this restaurant. Food was top notch, perfect!. Staff were very friendly and polite. Also they were very informative when it came to our food, they explained everything to us. We had our first date here, then came back for our 3 year anniversary with a secret proposal. Caviar & Bull made the evening such a beautiful memory from the calming atmosphere, very tasteful food especially the mushroom croquettes along with friendly and professional staff. Saskia was such a pleasure to have as our waitress for the evening, our glasses were always filled and made us feel very welcome. The manager was an amazing help going above and beyond to provide a visually pleasing table to be seated upon. When we wanted a photographer, they provided their personal marketing photographer Radek who was a very respectable gentleman who created some beautiful photos. We will always mention this restaurant to eveyone for a perfect evening. Private restaurant parking spaces available in the underground public car park with lift, parking paid for by restaurant after meal, don't forget to provide them the parking ticket. As a matter of fact this is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to, it’s definitely now part of my top-notch. My fiancé reserved a table for my birthday and our experience over there exceeded our expectations. First they welcome you with an awesome presentation of what they have to offer, wine, food and a bit of history. The place is beautiful, I would recommend reserve there for a diner, it’s literally outstanding. The waiting time is literally zero, as the service was fast and efficient! The service, oh the service is PERFECT and I do weight my words when I say that. They will do everything to make you feel good, to make you feel home! At some point of time I didn’t even know anymore who was our waitress as everyone, literally everyone was taking care of us, that’s a very good team spirit! The food was awesome, well prepared, well seasoned. It’s a must, when you are in Malta, that’s definitely the restaurant you should go for. P.S: They didn’t know it was my birthday so it sounds to me and according to how they were treating the other guests that this is really how they behave. Saskia was amazing! She took care of us very well. The service was all in all excellent. We precelebrated my fiancé’s birthday here. The testing menu is very worth trying. We had the bull menu and just loved it. The atmosphere is chic. Unfortunately we couldn’t sit outside because it was already a bit cozy at night in November. Came here for bull tasting menu and caviar testing menu. Was told that can only be eligible to order bull tasting menu and caviar testing menu for reason unknown. Ordered one wine pairing but was given two glasses, spoke to the Sommelière to reconfirm, he says he knew it and took back the extra glass without explaining why we have been given two glasses at the beginning. Our table was shaking, informed the waitress and she said she can manage but ended up still shaking after "fixed". The lamp on the table malfunctions and wasn't replaced until the second time when it can not be turned on. Food were okay but cannot considered as impressive. I can accept this kind of standard if I patron fast food but if we're talking about of an average €90-€100 per head, then it's something beyond my expectations. Exceptional experience that starts right at the beginning of your visit to this place when your host presents to you the beef fridge and the wine cellar/storage room!! The food (all of it!!) was absolutely fantastic; the views, the atmosphere and the service - impeccable! I would recommend booking a table there to avoid disappointments. We were also amused with the wine list there!! I couldn’t recommend this restaurant enough. A great restaurant with very friendly and informed staff. Had my first oyster here and had a great meal overall. Wine selection was good with staff helping me decide which one i would like most, and the restaurant had no issue replacing one of my appetizers on the house because of my lactose intolerance. (I told them i had the intolerance but they only realised later that one of my starters had a cream sauce). Was also surprisingly not expensive considering the quality of food and atmosphere. This is a real foodies paradise. They've got amazing sea food and meat dishes and a large selection of wines. The place feels fancy, making it perfect for a special occasion.
