A bit trendy for my taste, but I like that you can sit outdoors. I ordered a cocktail that wasn't on the menu, and they made it correctly (surprisingly, not a standard experience at bars in this area). We ordered the pita chips and ricotta dip and it was DELICIOUS. We were there on a busy night and the waitress didn't rush us at all, which was awesome. I recommend, but would go on a weeknight to avoid having to listen to the angst of nearby customers all night long. This was awful - I haven't seen a worse decline in a food place than Central Public House. We ordered from them initially during the pandemic and the food was decent (4/5). Now, they serve food worse quality than The Cheesecake Factory. The burger tasted exactly like a Cheesecake Factory burger (not good) and the french fries had absolutely no seasoning and were soggy. Food was lukewarm at best and colder than room temperature by the time I was halfway done with eating. Every other meal ordered in my order followed the same patern of medicore, cheap quality food. I hope this place gets their act together otherwise I don't see them being here much longer; some of the worse American food I've had in a long time. Been there twice now... once when they opened then tonight which has been few years later...had the burger the 1st time it was awful...had it again tonight and same deal, I thought by now they could figure out how to cook a burger. The place wasnt full at all on a Friday night which is a big red flag. As for the meal the fries were so under cooked they felt like they may have been frozen, just soggy and limp. The "beef" patty wasn't good at all, asked for it Medium was more rare then I care for. I left 1/2 the meal cause it just didn't taste right.
