Chef Carlos del Valle is amazing and charming. He gave us good recommendations and samples to try. His ceviche is the best I have ever tasted, it has the perfect balance. Fried yuca is delicious too. Everything we ordered was amazing! Do yourself a favor and just go! I can’t wait to go back! Everything we put in our mouth was divine. It was fresh and crisp. You could taste every flavor and you are just left wanting more. However the portions are plentiful so you will be left satisfied (or like us ordering some to go for later). The service was fantastic! We were greeted with a smile immediately along with info and recommendations on the menu. Overall we couldn’t have been happier!! We will be adding this to our favorite spots list for sure!
