Horrible service and the photo here is a picture of the guy who will call the police on you as he did my family and myself saying we refused to leave. We were never asked to leave, he lied to the police saying he said he would not serve us and to leave. It’s people like this trash that runs others businesses in the ground who gave him a chance to do something he obviously knows nothing about which is customer service. I would recommend you avoid this establishment unless you want to be answering questions to law enforcement about lies this bum is telling them. He should be fired and sent to another establishment that does not need him to communicate with customers and just cook the burgers and fries. I will never go to this checkers again and recommend anyone to do the same that wishes their dollar to be respected, I have never been to a fast food establishment and had the service this individual gave. Yelling through a headset that was not working and after pulling to the window, not even so much as an explanation to say anything yet call the police on me when it was you that had the issue. When you don’t understand how to deal with customers, you are the last one who needs to be taking orders. Very horrible experience and I will visit other checkers, but never this one again.

I'm absolutely thrilled with my childhood checkers. The food has always been fantastic, and the staff has been nothing short of amazing. This location has been through a lot of changes, from renovations to the store to updates on the menu, but I embrace them all with open arms. I have a strong belief that these changes will only lead to even more incredible improvements in the future. Keep up the great work. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We went to this location after we arrived at another one and was told they were closing early. When we got here the wait was long but to see the Manager NiNi in there by herself and to have a smile on her face made it worth wild. She was kind and polite and was keeping the line moving even by herself. No I dont think she should be there alone but she was holding her own. Very slow service. Will rather clear three cars at a time before taking orders! Wanna talk about there drive time, I gotta go to work. I just the good burgers and fries. Service: 1

Do Not EVER go to checkers on your lunch break! Even though checkers is considered FAST food but it’s never a FAST situation! I was literally sitting in the drive thru for a hour just waiting order! Then sends me to the other side to wait another hour to receive my food???? Yall food ain’t that good bro!! Ain’t no way in hell orders should take this damn long! Yall need to come up with a better way!! And why do yall tell your employees to add more salt on food that supposedly comes in seasoned? They put so much salt on the food, to the point where it becomes not even edible anymore and for people that have to return to work with food they can’t even eat, will suffer for the rest of their shift hungry! Smh just terrible!! Just don’t add anymore salt! Let the customers add salt if they want to but cater to all not just the young crowd with all that salt stuff!
