Ordered a chicken egg and cheese biscuit and ten piece mini when I got home no chicken on the biscuit and only 8 minis and biscuits one had a chicken crumb in it I had to give my meal to my child as I have been calling them for over an hour with no response!!! I got a grilled chicken sandwich curbside. When I got home, the chicken sandwich was cold and the roll was so stale that every bite I took it crumbled in my hand. I called the restaurant twice to get this rectified and which they have yet to respond to my call and or answer my call. I go to this Chick-fil-A at least five times a week. No exaggeration. However, I won’t be going there anymore Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

This is straight up fraud and theft. The red are larges and the white is medium. They have no problem charging full price but then don't provide full quantities. Next time we'll just head to Glen Burnie or Severna Park. There has always been nothing but problems with this location. And being busy on a Saturday is no excuse not to provide a customer with what they ordered.

Edit: Try to give this place the benefit of rhe doubt but it still sucks. Order large fries and you only fill them half way. Ya'll are making record profits. Do better. They either changed management or hired a bunch of new people. The drive thru has never ran worse. Seems like they are all lacking braincells. My granddaughter is a huge fan of Chick-fil-A nuggets so I come here frequently. I tasted the grilled nuggets for the first time and they were quite tasty. I usually get the deluxe sandwich and add Colby jack. Their Cobb salad is awesome as well. I'm sure I'll be returning here soon. This location has consistently went down hill over the past few years but mainly after COVID. I usually do curb side but stopped doing that because the last 3-4 times I’ve had missing items. I took my son in there to sit down thinking it would be better - it wasn’t. My order still had missing items including two drinks (I ordered on the app for it to be brought to the table). The people at the registers weren’t busy but seemed like I was inconveniencing them by asking for the missing items. It looked really shabby on the inside. Not many places to sit and it looked like they were using a large portion of the sitting area for storage and blocked off another portion of the sitting room for employees. THERE WAS A BUG IN MY SALAD. I went back and for my refund, the manager came towards me and immediately handed me a voucher like if that was supposed to do anything. I was fighting to hold my food down. I would like to think this one was the only one and that I did not eat one. The food is typical of the franchise. Customer service is lack luster. Seems to be selective. Prices are a bit higher than comparable chic-fila locations in the area. Got is delivered. They call this a large. Seriously? 😡 Edit to 7 months later: added a 2nd picture.They did it again! Fries are expensive and they take advantage of us by not filling it all the way when doing doordash. Very upsetting 👎👎👎 Price per person $10–20
