I came here with my coworker and when taking our order I noticed the guy at the counter looked like he didn't wanna be there. I ignored this as I thought maybe he needed a smile break. But then, when the time came for my food's arrival, the waitress just threw the tray down and walked away. Even my coworker was stunned, as this is abnormal for this location. I was literally there the day before yesterday with another coworker, and it was nothing like that. It almost felt like I was in another restaurant, LOL. Maybe she was just having one of those days, but I think she could have at least said "enjoy" or something. I felt so unwelcome, I didn't even wanna ask for a refill, I felt like they were gonna smack me in the head with the cup or something. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Showed up just before closing - 9:55 PM - to pick up a mobile order (placed at 9:50 PM and of which I was charged for) to get the Peppermint Chip Milkshake because it was the last day to get one before the flavor goes away for another year. I was told upon arrival that “unfortunately they were out of ice cream.” Never thought I would consider a Chick-fil-A on a McDonald’s level, but this location has managed to sink that low — straight up lying because they don’t want to make the order - even though THAT IS THE JOB. So much for the famous Chick-fil-A customer service. These employees could care less…and based on many other negative reviews, which are HORRENDOUS, this is the norm at this location. I will never come here again. I expect more from Chick-fil-A. And for context…I have worked for Chick-fil-A. The locations I worked for would have NEVER done this. It’s unacceptable. As they say…it’s the little things.

My son wanted Chick-fil-A for his birthday today. Dress in his birthday shirt, I happily took him for lunch. I even told the cashier it's his birthday today. I asked about his birthday cookie and was told my toddler needed the app so he could scan it for his birthday cookie. What toddler has apps these days. Not a happy birthday wish or anything. Hit or miss at this location. More often than not the fries are half empty and not fresh. Gets aggravating when you order large, pay extra and get half. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Good food as always, just kind of sad I had to wipe down my own table. Employees watched me do it and didn’t offer to take over. Every table in the restaurant is dirty and employees are just standing around. EDIT: the manager started cleaning after witnessing me take the photo. Welcome to the deconstructed egg bacon sandwich. Horrible today. Dirty. Unedible breakfast. No drinks being served? Hm. I won't fault them that if there was a major glitch. Love the chain. Hated this location. No friendly smiles or voices. Won't be back.

It’s chick fil a. What else need you say The what else is the absolute attention they pay to give you a clean friendly and high quality food experience. It almost doesn’t matter where you are if it’s chick fil a the quality is there. This one in particular is the very best. Every time I pass through here my goal is to keep it in the bag and then eat at bay shore park. This time I made it but normally I cannot wait They also have a great drive through
