This isn't a one time occurrence. Nearly eveytime I eat here something is wrong. The first time was the only good time and it mistakenly gave me hope that it will get better. The second time I ate here the spicy chicken sandwich I ordered with no customization didn't have pickles. Whatever, but this is the start of the trend. Couple of days later I go back for breakfast and order what I normally order at other Chick-fil-As with no issue: Spicy chicken egg & cheese muffin. Surprisingly, they got it right, it just took forever. About 15 mins. I thought that because it isn't a menu item they weren't familiar with it so if I wanted a faster order I'll order a menu item next time. Next time: order a standard number 7. Takes 15 mins again. Everyone else ordering standard menu items get their order in half the time. Mistakenly believe this is a fluke and order a number 7 again on my next visit. This time it takes 17 mins and comes out cold. Literally, the only time that I have gotten decent service here is when I go to the busier lunch time and order spicy deluxe.
