Mario was so helpful and really went out of his way to accommodate us, we drove 30 min to grab breakfast and it had turned into lunch time menu and he was very attentive and went out of his way to request we still get the breakfast menu. I had ordered at the drive through, with a physical girl there taking our order, explained to her I have a severe gluten allergy and I would like the fries to be fried separately and the gloves to be changed when preparing my food. I had ordered the grilled nuggets, number 8, with reminding her I have a gluten allergy. I did not receive anything I asked for. Super disappointed and waste of money. I have never had an issue with any other Chick Fil A on Long Island with my gluten allergy except this specific location in Hicksville. Will not be going back. I love chick fil a, and this location is fantastic. Food is always fresh, comes out super quick, and never disappoints. The last time I was there was the first time I got the breakfast. The biscuit was super buttery and flakey. The chicken was tender and flavorful as expected. The hashbrowns were crispy outside and fluffy inside. Great option for a fast breakfast. Chick-fil-A is always a good place to go to for good fast food. The customer service Atchison location was great. Very friendly and helped us with our large group order. Every-time I come here, they forget dressing. This is the third time I’ve come to the drive through (about 30 min drive from my home) and they’ve forgot to put dressing for my salad. I ordered two salads with avocado lime ranch. When I got the bag, I didn’t see the dressing. The employee asked another employee if it was in there and he said yes. I said can you just give me 2 as I don’t see it. She gave me 1 and said it was in there. Guess what wasn’t in there when I got home… dressing. The manager said she can’t do anything aside from a cookie in the future as dressing is complementary…completely disregarding that no one eats salad with no dressing, I specifically asked for dressing again while paying, and it still wasn’t provided. This is an exceptionally run Chick-fil-A! The food is always consistently good, but what really stands out to me is the exceptional service and management. The manager of this location is extremely kind, and if there is ever an error, they will often go out of their way to ensure the customer is happy. Much better than any other “fast food” restaurant, and it’s a great place for kids with their clean/well-maintained playroom and overall atmosphere. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Excellent chicken fillet, fresh lettuce and tomato, but should be an option to add a second chicken fillet. Fries boring because no seasoning. Sauces all taste cheap. Rather eat at a McD, BK, Wendy's etc. Service is nice, they can handle the big crowds well. Unlike the parking lot, cramped because of the huge drive-thru lines.
