It was pleasant, not the most welcoming, comforting or hospitable…. Tables and chairs needed cleaned… I am not a fan of thin greased paper with my food on in a try… I hear this is how bbq is supposed to be done… this is a Peruvian restaurant. I just don’t enjoy eating the paper when it gets soggy and caught up in the food… The chicken could have done with more cooking to fall off the bone, that’s the way I like chicken, maybe not the style for this restaurant. The chicken sandwich and beef bowl were delicious. Meat was tender, juicy, and seasoned just right. Yuca fries, rice, and sides were good too. Large portions. Everything tasted fresh. You can see the fire pit they use. The wait is a bit long but the food is worth it.

Ordered Uber Eats tonight. Chicken was RAW running red blood on the inside🤮 Salmonella poisoning at it's best, had to throw away, there was no silverware or napkins.
