6 months ago, you would have been hard-pressed to get me to step foot back in this particular Chili’s. Service was atrocious, 20 open tables yet they would still make you wait 15 min for a table, and food was subpar. I'm not sure what has changed since then, but it has been a complete 360 turnaround. We have visited twice in the last month, and even though they had many patrons, we were sat instantly, service has been prompt and timely, and the food has improved greatly. Not sure who or what is responsible for the turnaround, but you are owed a huge pat on the back. Keep up the great work. This was by far the most interesting night out me an my family have had in awhile. I couldn’t begin to think of where to start, so I’m going to sum this up the best I can. There was an overly drunk man at the bar, buying rounds for everyone. Being highly sexual to what seemed to be the underage bartender. The bartender was very polite it seemed, but the manager was know where to be found when the agitation began. Or ever for that fact, my husband actually overheard two server talking about the manager not wanting to speak to the gentleman. Whilst the gentlemen is drunk wanting more drinks after she’s politely said she cannot, The whole thing seemed weird. My family an I where still there when all of a sudden I here the bartender talking about being sent home, as she’s walking out she was crying. I think the chilis management should be more on the side of the employees. I’ve been to bars where the bartender treated the drunken men exactly how they should be. I would not spend my money or time again here . Food came out way to fast with everything under cooked and if you say something about it then management comes and are very rude with attitude. Berating you, the customer, they are very unprofessional because you had voiced how you felt about undercooked food. Also brought up an incident that had nothing to do with them at another Chilis over a year ago for absolutely zero reason, other than to try and berate. With the cost of food these days there is no point of going to an establishment which will disrespect you. Save your money and time. And Chilis, train your staff better. We had a great experience at this Chili’s location. The food was brought quickly, accurately and it was delicious. The calorie count on the menu is an added bonus. Our server Ryan did an excellent job, on point on everything. We will revisit this location and bring more family. Good salmon, soup and burgers. So today, my wife and I had a family event and decided to go to Chili’s. Recently, the food and service had been great so we decided to spend our money here. We arrive at 730pm and the receptionist wanted to sit us at the bar. I advised her that the music was too loud and would rather not sit in the bar area. She said “No” and said that all other areas were closed. So we left to another place. I could maybe understand if it was closing time but it was definitely not the case. Just a non-customer oriented receptionist who definitely wanted me to spend my money elsewhere. Service: 1

We came in on a shorthanded night, unannounced, with a continually and unexpectedly increasing party size. The manager Roxy worked magic with the host and the waitstaff to accommodate our party and problem-solve so that we still got seated and served quickly and with great flexibility.
