Food was great as usual, but when I got there, there were no parking places. Granted it was Valentine’s Day and it’s restaurant. Went inside. There were two people ahead of us at the to go place. She got the first ones order and then the first and the second person in front of us got their order and kept talking to them and completely ignored us. Then she continue just to talk to the person that had been in front of us and asked what are yall’s order and I told her my name. Blatantly ignores me goes and takes another order out to another car comes back to that goes in. Then back comes out with the person in front of me to order while I’m standing there and then another customer comes she gets his name for his order completely ignores us till finally I’ll go to the counter and said I guess I got to come up here. I gave her my name. and she finally gives me my order. Granted my order was behind her the entire Time. When all she had to do was reach behind her and get my order in, I felt completely ignored the entire time makes me not ever wanna order from Chili’s ever again. Was a good experience overall. The server forgot my drink and rushed to get my burger order in before I could make the two special requests which caused her to have to run to the kitchen before they made my burger wrong. The service was slow as it was not overly busy. Arrived about 5:20, ordered by 5:30 and didn't receive our food until about 6:05. A table of 12 was seated after we ordered, and they received their food a couple of minutes after us. They were out of a large portion of items on the menu, but I assume that was it if their hands and not typically what to expect. The staff was pleasant. Drinks were always full. The food came out pretty quick. I had the pasta and I will say that they definitely made sure the noodles were cooked but overall the meal was enjoyable.
