Overall experience was pretty good and the good came fast! Or waitress was very polite and accommodating! We usually come on Wednesday nights because Jill is amazing and is always attentive. Tonight, she wasn’t here and had Cay. She was horrible! She couldn’t handle the tables and was so fake. Next time Jill isn’t here, we’re walking out. Chili’s needs better management to keep better staff. Everything took forever. I never had a problem until today. We went for ribs and we sat down odered our drink and appetizer. When we got ready to order our meal, I asked for ribs, and the waitress said that they didn't have anymore ribs. I wish that the waitress, Gabby, would have said that before we ordered anything.
