Very polite staff and very respectful we showed up 15 min b4 closing the kitchen and they was still kind enough to let us order and serve us much appreciated very clean and was a great experience to watch the crew work together with closing the dining hall awesome bunch of staff can't say enough good things about them. My experience here was perfectly acceptable, if we lived in a robot run and AI managed world.... Oh, wait... But seriously, the food was really good, no wait for a table, and a wait staff with zero personality. My buddy and I each ordered a burger and an apatizer to split, and three different people brought us our food, took our order and checked on us (only once) almost like they were worried if the same person showed twice, they may have to engage in (gasp!) coversation, oh the horror!! I don't know why I have avoided Chili's for so many years. Dinner with my bride. She had a cheeseburger. (old fashion?) She couldn't finish it, so I did. It was excellent. I had chicken tenders (crispers?) that come with fries and macaroni and cheese. The mac and cheese was phenomenal. We also had the chips and assortment of dips. The guacamole was standard fare, but the two different cheeses were fantastic. The waiter brought us a to go box for the remaining queso and a whole bag of fresh chips to take home. No restaurant is perfect and this place has had issues in the past, but for many months we've had no problems. Just did a Chili's to go order and it actually was outside before the estimated time ended, very courteous, food was very warm. That's happened several times in a row, so congratulations new management or whoever's managing the process!! I was by myself so I sat at the bar. Bartender was great and immediately got my drink order and a menu. I got the smokehouse special? Not 100 on the name of it. U can pick 2 or 3 different items u want from a list of things. I got a half rack of ribs,chicken bacon ranch quesadilla and some chicken strips. Came with corn on the Cobb that was dressed up and it was so good. Everything was great and the service was great. Will definitely be going back. Overall everything was okay. I got the 3 spicy shrimp tacos which I was surprised they were good. My husband got a steak medium well, loaded mashed potatoes and fries. The reason for 3 stars is because the steak, my husband ordered, came out well done instead of medium well, and the mashed potatoes were cold when they were served (he did say they were good cold). To pay $50 for the both of us the food should be cooked better and the food should at least be warm as expected when eating out. I haven't been to Chilis in at least ten years, I forgot why we stopped going, but it used to be a very busy place. My father-in-law and I stopped by on Saturday at 6:00 pm and it was about a third full. The service was kinda slow and the food was just ok.
