Boneless buffalo chicken was hard n dry. No blue cheese o ly ranch . Cajun chicken pasta was hard n not fully cooked. Mozzarella cheese was good. Very disappointed. Dining single got there about 7:10 pm. Didn't want to sit in the bar section. Was told it was going to be a bit of a wait. Although their were available tables. I decided to sit in the bar section because i thought the sevie would be faster. I never waited so long in all my visits. Just to order my food. I did get my drink first, but I had to wait at least 10 to 15 minutes before I was able to order. I had to call the waitress over myself. I ask to get my salad 1st, then my wings. Well, that didn't happen. Of course, the wings came first.Then I found something in my dressing. The manager took five dollars off, and I felt he should have compensated me for at least the salad. It's rare that I don't do a survey, and as I was doing the survey. The same waitresses came over and asked me about it. She said I was trying to get her in trouble. Never experience that before. A survey shouldn't be an option if a customer has to experience that type of interaction. I frequent chilies a lot. People came in, ordered ate, and left. I didn't leave until close to 9:00. We ordered food to go online. When we got home our orders were missing key ingredients! The Ultimate Cajun Pasta, which we paid extra for, because it included chicken & shrimp had NO shrimp. Also, my Surf & Turf Sirloin had no shrimp! We are extremely disappointed!! Food: 1 Service: 1

Our last experience was not great. The food was cold, and my steak was bloody. We went before the dinner rush and still had to wait forever for our food and forget about asking for extra sauces because you'll have to wait extr time for that. They were going g ro remake my steak but the waiters forgot to order it. My family finished eating and my steak never came out. I asked for it to be removed and they did, but then charged me for the drink and watery soup $12 that was supposed to be part of th 3for. The manager and waitress were rude & was taking smack about me I happen to hear them. I asked for their names and they refused to give it to me. They proceeded to yell at me and told me I had ate the soup and drank the lemonade. I wanted the waiters to come get the money for the bill and we happen to get the General Mgr who was appalled at their behavior and rectified the issue and gave my daught $20 gift card. We stopped here randomly on a road trip because we were hungry and wanted a break from the car. The food was so good and came out super fast. We even got an extra serving of chips to take with us without asking for them. I'll definitely remember this Chili's on future road trips. The main mention is their service, its as quick as flash. Just ordered their 3 for 10.99 --> sprite along with chips and salsa and chicken burger and fries, all were decent,tasted as they should Then ordered 6 piece chicken crispers they came with fries mac n cheese which costed 17$ which i felt are bit costly but taste was all good Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Chips & Salsa

Walked in. The host didn’t greet us to begin with, didn’t even make eye contact at all. I said hi and the party number, no response as he gathered the menus and took us to the table, tossed the menus on the table walked away. No enjoy or anything. Waitress came over in literally 10 seconds to grab drinks we didn’t even haven the chance open the menu. But she proceeded to stand there, so we ordered some. 10 minutes later, no drinks on our the table yet, I saw the manager at 3 separate tables with issues regarding food orders. We got up and left. The worst nacho chips in the world. No one puts that much salt on nacho chips. It was enough to choke a horse. I was served a mug of water in a dirty mug. I politely returned the mug but did not get another water. I was informed my cheese burger would take at least a half hour but was not given a reason. We waited patiently but when enough is enough we just got up, thanked the waitress and left. I suggest going elsewhere to eat. Food was good but almost every time I order from Doordash I never receive the amount of ranch requested and there's times it's been completely forgotten. You guys are also now charging extra to add on extra ranch but never even give the original amount. I had a decent amount of food and one small container of ranch. Update: Ordered again and decided to pay for the extra ranch that they FORGOT. This is with almost every single order and why I haven't ordered in the last month when I would order multiple times before I got tired of this Service Delivery
