The restaurant is dated and quite dingy but the waitress was super attentive and sweet. We use the 3 for $10 deal and had an free additional chips & salsa reward so our bill was $26 for the two of us which was great for a quick weekend lunch. The food was a little blah, the menu could use an update and it'd be great if they brought back the 2 for $20 deal! My family and I stopped here for dinner on our way to Orlando to break up the traffic. We were definitely happy we did, as this ended up being the best Chili's in Florida! Our waiter, Kevin, was insanely good, as he was friendly, attentive, and very professional. The food might as well have been made at the table it was so fresh, and it came very quick! The margaritas were made perfectly, even making mine custom with some requested jalapeño syrup with no problem! The staff, management, and definitely Kevin are pretty awesome here. Just came back from the best lunch experience! Our server Jill was so kind and accommodating. Although the veggie fajitas are off the menu, she was able to come up with an even better fajita platter involving the bean patties. It was supper yummy and the prices are totally reasonable given how much food you get to take home. Can’t wait to return! Gladiator Pressure Cleaning

I travel throughout the state for business and pleasure. Visited this store 3 years ago when golfing at Champions Gate for the weekend. It was excellent all around. This trip not so much. We seated ourselves after waiting what seemed like forever. Our good mood vibe quickly turned negative when Brittany the bartender arrived. No smile, rude, and seemed put off by every word. My colleague even asked "what's up w her". I tried to let it go but our food was cold and drinks glasses remained empty. The kiosk to pay was broken and she was pissed to have to bring another to our table. Spoke to us only as she walked by our table. head turned away. No wonder the place was empty.
