Don't forget to try perfectly cooked salads, chili and chicken at this bar. Delicious margaritas or good wine are worth a try here. Clients don't highly appreciate tea at Chili's. The hospitable staff welcomes people all year round. The professional service is a big plus of this place. Prices here are reported to be democratic. You will certainly like the exotic atmosphere. Great safe location with lots of parking to accommodate trucks and trailers. Staff was responsive, courtesy and professional. Food was quickly served even during peak time for lunch. Definitely a great option for quick food and friendly service. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The guys that work here and the manager that I spoke to tonight about giving me an extra side of ranch and salsa for my Texas cheese fries and chips and salsa were absolute jerks tonight about it!! I have always been given an extra side of ranch and salsa with chips and salsa and Texas cheese fries and tonight they refused! When he asked who gave it to me the last time and I said it was a girl he responded “oh, that’s probably why” What a bunch of you know whats!! Never again! I will be contacting corporate about this. I like chili's it is not a bad place to eat at all. My experience was overall good except for customer service and the environment. It seemed they had cold air rushing through the vents during winter, and the basics of attaining silverware for the table you serve should be a priority. Regardless of short staff, the customer is always first, and having experience, I know this first hand. This review is based on multiple poor experiences with this location. The staff tends to close the restaurant randomly during business hours. Even on occasions when they restaurant is not busy, I end up waiting 45+ minutes for food. Often, the food is incorrect or cold by the time it gets to the table and it has to be sent back. The kitchen has a "limited menu" anytime within 1.5 hours of closing time. This, as it has been explained to me, means you cannot order anything from the grill nor desserts that need to be prepared. The waitstaff has been quick to say "the guys in the kitchen are mad at me, sorry about the food!". Unfortunately, I have heard this excuse a few times. While I do not know what goes on in the kitchen, I understand this is not the proper way to serve customers. This location has been extremely convenient for me, but I will no longer spend my money here. I can get the wrong order served cold for much cheaper somewhere else. Our waiter was very nice and caring. It's been a while since I'd been to Chili's. The fan liked the Chicken strips and fries. Chips would had been better not swimming in oil. I do not recommend the "skillet queso". It tastes just like chef boy-r-dee put in a blender. Salsa and guac were good. Steak was way overdone, but good flavor. Not sure what is in the mashed potatoes, but tastes like a filler was used, and broccoli was really crunchy. Maybe the cook was new. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
