Sigh!!! So I haven't been here in awhile. And now I remember why. My son gave me a gift card for my birthday and I could choose from 3 different restaurants. Should've went with my 1st thought. I ordered the Cajun Chicken Pasta. No Cajun flavor was included. Actually, the entire meal wasn't flavorful. The black cherry margarita was pretty good. Actually got my food before I got the drink, and I ordered that 1st. My server was nice. Asked me did I want change....Ummm sir....you don't get a $13 tip. And.....why do these servers keep the change. I like and want my change. When you don't give me my change, add it to your tip! Oh, and I watched a server carrying a tray full of food and her hair was in the tray, not sure if it was touching the food. But disgusting to say the least. 12/23/23 Me and my family came for dinner at 6pm. Not busy admittedly sat. Tina was are server. Very friendly, checked in regularly and kept our drinks refilled. We all enjoyed our food. The cook/cooks seasoned the food well. I had the Rib Eye Steak Medium Rare. Mashed Potatoes and Broccoli. Everything was delicious. We enjoyed the drink of the month called Santa's Secret Stash. Desmond was (and always is) fantastic. He is so nice and gets all of the orders correct. He comes by often but not too often, and he always seems to genuinely like helping his customers. Laura the server, knows her regulars, can read a guest with skill. My second time here. The first, we wont talk about. This time, was a whole different experience. I drank a draft bud cuz they dont have coors draft or modella draft (some bottles tho) - bacon chz burger, letttuce, tomato, mayo, fries. Hot, fresh, ready, and to order. You can see from management responses to negative reviews that they don't really care. Responses are generic and impersonal (maybe AI?) This restaurant's rating needs to drop. Phone busy because they place it off the hook. Maybe Executive levels need to give them another line? Voicemail? More staff? So, when I finally get through, I'm not mad, just want my food. I was very nice, politely asked if food was still warm. For some reason, she had an attitude about it. As if it was an odd question. She said it would still be warm. The wait was tolerable, even the cooled-down fries and room temperature burger was tolerable. But the attitude for no reason? Nope. Not likely to recommend.
