Everything was amazing for a reasonable price and had large portions. The chicken crispers have to be the best chicken tenders I've ever had and the skillet cookie was heaven. What really was the highlight of our visit was our waitress Ann. She was one of the coolest and funniest servers I’ve ever had. It was my Dad’s birthday and she made us laugh out loud while she joked and was on him about stuff like when he put the chips in the to-go bag instead of the chip bag. Made our day. Ann also bought him a skillet cookie on her because it was his birthday. By the way it was Ann’s birthday too! HAPPY BIRTHDAY AGAIN ANN! You really have an all-around good waitress on your hands with Ann, she made our dinner twice as good. Service was great. My mother in law loves this place, so we eat here for family get togethers time to time. The manager is always super friendly, and remembers us. Goes out of his way to make sure we're taken care of. The staff is attentive, and you can tell they really take pride in their work. Well run establishment. I wouldn’t usually make a bad review but service was not great. The guy waiting on us took forever, Never checked on us and talked SUPER quiet. He was super annoyed with us for no reason. The bathroom floors were kind of gross (I forgot to take pictures.) and there were three nats flying around us while we were eating. They also changed the menu which was pretty confusing and the table was super uneven, We had to stick stuff under the table. Other than that food was good. The service here was great and was definitely the highlight of the visit. We got very professional service from the server working the bar area, and he was assisted by some other members of staff throughout our visit. The food was tasty and really good value, matching exactly what I would have expected at a Chili's. I would return to this location if we had the need to eat in this area again, as it seems we would benefit from similar service quality and tasty food yet again. I will not be returning due to the quality of food & service. These are the honey chipotle chicken crispers, they used to be covered in sauce, which I thought no big deal I’ll just ask for a side cup of sauce. The girl never showed back up with the sauce, the chicken tenders themselves seem to be different ones than what they used to have and my enchilada soup had no cheese and was ice cold. Sent everything back.

This used to be my kid’s and I go to place to grab a quick bite to eat. Not anymore. The food quality has gone down since the pandemic. Nothing taste the same. Their drinks are good, not top shelf, but still ok. They have really awesome servers.
