Myself, my friends and my family order from this location relatively often. The last time I ordered, they forgot my crab Rangoon. It was no problem because I was supposed to have a credit for my next order. Unfortunately Stacy started question my ethics and that she thought I was making the whole thing up. Not asking for any information on the account, she just felt it was not true. This was at the end of making a $50 order for pick up tonight!!!! I will no longer be going to this place. And I will almost guarantee that my friends and family will not be visiting this place anytime soon. Making a mistake is fine. But own up to it and make the situation right. Hundreds of dollars lost over something I paid for and never received. And somehow I end up being the bad guy. I don’t have any place for that in my community.
