I normally get the Barbacoa, But they were out, So I got the steak instead. And I should have known better it was old, And it was terrible, I took the steak out and ate the rest , Coke Zero out !! My daughter loves this place so I came for her and figured, I would try it out again and another disappointment!! The guacamole was good, though, But that's about it!!! This Chipotle location regularly makes so many mistakes with order accuracy. It's really disappointing. Today they completely left out an entire burrito and chips/guac from our order. Inexcusably bad. My husband arrived to place a take out order 1.5 hours before closing time, and they were out of cheese. REALLY? OUT OF CHEESE? That meant no quesadilla—the only item on the menu that I like. So my husband ordered a burrito for me instead. When I unwrapped the burrito at home, what I saw was a sloppy, unappetizing blob. I couldn't eat it. We will never, ever go back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I ordered delivery for a party of 8 (a fairly regular occurrence), for dinner. I received only half the order. I reached out to see what could be done. I was routed through 2 different agents. Only to find out the only remedy I would receive was a refund on the missing items. I'm now stuck with half of a meal for 8 people, it's Friday night and any other order is going to take twice as long. I expected Chipotle to apologize and send the rest of my order. I didn't expect a refund, but if that was what they were going to do. The least they could have done is refund the other 4 items for the inconvenience of having to deal with putting me and my party out. Instead they literally messed up and left me holding the bag, and having to clean up the mess. I wound up having to wait an hour and 40 minutes for the pizza(from the other delivery) to arrive to feed the rest of the party. If you have another option, I would go elsewhere. EDIT: I gave Chipotle every opportunity to help me the night this happened, and Chipotle left me to deal with the mess it caused. NO, I stand by my review. If given the opportunity between going here, and going hungry I would choose to go hungry. Chipotle treats it's customers poorly and literally doesn't deliver on food. The lady working the salsa/add on section was working super fast and only putting the minimal amount of food on the bowl. When you asked her to put more she would put about a teaspoon size more on. She was extremely rude and the manager on duty was as well. When asked for the proper amount of guacamole he told us we would have to pay more for the accurate scoop. This was the worst experience I’ve had at a chipotle and I’ve been going for years. Employees should be courteous to who they are serving. - do better please. This is a clean and warm location. Stopped here on Halloween, so it was a busy but the crew was able to get through the line in a timely manner. I could tell they had great communication and a whole system for the night. My veggie burrito was great and my friend enjoyed her burrito as well. Overall: a fine chipotle with a fine level of customers Pros: - all items were available - space to sit down - pick up is hidden behind counter Cons: - not a big fan of the layout here feels kinda like a middle school cafeteria

I love Chipotle! But our order was small portioned, incorrect, and late for pick up. Mine and my husband's salads both looked like rice bowls without much lettuce or tomato salsa, and we waited 15 minutes past our order pick up time. I hope this doesn't happen again because Chipotle is so yummy!
