My husband and I ordered via the app and used the drive-thru to pick up our food. When we got up to the window, the young woman asked me if my name was something else. When I told her that wasn't my name and I gave her my name, she quickly grabbed my bag, pushed it in my face, closed the window, and abruptly turned away without a word. She left so quickly that she didn't even hear my surprised "Thank you."
Her lack of greeting and rudeness left me a bit taken aback. It also made me not want to come back again.
