Jeremiah great customer service and was very patient with the kids and myself. The manager was amazing just love her energy !!! Absolutely everyone that I encounter was amazing even the guy with the dreads on the floor he was very helpful with operating the games. My experience was great until I was leaving to collect my son prizes. Mya she is definitely in the wrong profession whether this is part time or full time. She is not friendly, monotone, & scatter brain. She does not need to work any where around children or where it require her concentration. When we arrived, we were told no manager or cook so we could not order food. The place was filthy. It was the Day After Christmas. Do you think they could have at least run the vacuum? We'll never come back to this nasty, nasty disgusting place again.ANNNND the women's restroom had a plugged up toilet not sure how long that had been there since we were some ofnthe first people in store ....
