I pay for Circle K car wash subscription. Last winter, the car wash was often out of order for 2 to 3 days at a time. It seems like this winter will be a repeat of the same. You would have taken care of the issues from last winter. Update: It's been a week solid that it's been out of order. Update 2: Over two weeks straight, now. Update 3: It's taken them over 3 weeks, it fixed now. For how long though. A day or two, several days, maybe a week or two if lucky. Update 4: The car worked for a few weeks, but it's been back down the past week. 03/02/2024

This place is supposed to be open 24 hours, but i have gone here 4 to 5 times in the past month and the kid inside has it closed up with a hand written sign on the door saying closed till 2 a.m.,ok but last night i got there at 1:58 a.m. and decided 2 minutes to wait wont be bad, well he didnt open till 2:15 and three to four customers were outside waiting. Then he gives you a huge attitude when he has to do his job.

Too many rules. The cashier's are not trained very well. The woman manager on the one on Westbrook St. has to be the rudest most uneducated, unhelpful, laziest employee i have ever seen.

I needed help verifying a price on two items and the man I spoke with on the phone acted like I was a wild inconvenience. He was rude and said that he couldn’t verify the items (over the phone) because they were sold out. I drove to the gas station to find that they weren’t sold out and he just lied about it. I know that what I was asking was mildly inconvenient but he shouldn’t be working in any industry where customer interaction is required if he despises it so much.

Going down-hill fast. Raised prices & now removed the prices from at least half of the products. Cashier: people won't complain about the expensive prices & will probably buy it anyway so we win & it's less work for us. The Irving at the top of the hill on the same road is smaller but cleaner & better. Note: I stop at quite a few Irvings in my travels.

This used to be the best place to stop for gas, peanut m&ms, and a restroom after leaving Portland for the evening. Unfortunately, now they close the restroom completely and block it off with a rack of snacks. It’s not out of order, just closed. Last three times I’ve stopped in- same deal. Finally asked tonight, “do you just close the rest room at night time?” “Yes” Sure, they’re open 24 hours, but the restroom seems like a pretty easy service to continue to offer all night!

For some reason this is hard to find on the map... Maybe not really a 5 star place but its a hundred times better than the other K up the street. Lots of hot+cold food+bev.
