From the first visit, Civitas has been our favorite ever since! Whenever we are out of town and try another coffee shop we always compare that coffee shop to Civitas. "Is it as good as Civitas?" The answer is very rarely a "yes". Our regular order is an unsweetened iced oat milk latte! And I would like to say that it doesn't give us "that first sip feeling", it gives us "that every sip feeling"! Absolutely loved this place! My husband and I make sure to visit this sweet coffee shop every day when we come to visit the area. Coffee, pastries and open faced sandwiches are delicious. We love the atmosphere and community that the baristas cultivate which makes it feel like our home away from home.
