The drinks here are great. Strongly recommend. But the service SUCKS! I said "coco avocado". That's what's listened on the menu. She said, "coco for avo". Maybe, they changed the name and i assume she knows better than me since she works here. I look at the menu after and see those are two distended drinks and call her from the back to rectify the issue. She informs me, "oh. We already made the drinks and they're about to be out."
I don't mean to be a pain but that's not my problem. I ordered the coco avocado, she "corrected" me, she got it wrong, how's that my problem?! MAKE SURE YOU ORDER CORRECTLY AND THEY UNDERSTAND YOU CORRECTLY because if they make a mistake, they will not correct it at their expense.

I would regularly go there with my partner for getting refreshing drinks and freshly made desserts - which made it a good experience visiting there.
However, lately, we noticed their prices on their signature drinks and delicious desserts have been climbing higher, and just to provide one such example, the 'Blended Cafe Latte' which we both frequently ordered when there, is now being charged at $6.00/each a cup, up from $5.50/each in the past. But, that is not the only concerning issue; if you're a rewards member, which we both are, now it takes 72 points to receive a reward at Coco 3's shop, instead of 60 points from before.
So, in both, me and my spouse's opinion along with a few of our friends and associates that frequent there to order drinks and desserts, Coco 3 as a business has become more greedy towards their regular customers and visitors.
We just hope they're more considerate towards their regular customers and not keep increasing prices and/or overcharge for the items on their menu along with perhaps offering some sort of discounts and price breaks to all of us who frequent their shop and support their small business.
Packaging is SO cute. A lot of variety in their menu, great flavors, plenty of options for non-dairy, sugar free (meaning without sugar) or low sugar option. Fast service, clean environment and bamboo straws!! Great options 👍🏼👍🏼🙌🏼
