Sadly, this location was very disappointing. We usually love Cook Out and stopped while traveling. It took 25 minutes to get 3 hot dogs and 1 burger. There were plenty of people working but they were focusing on the drive thru while leaving those of us inside waiting. My small burger was significantly smaller than the bun and was paper thinner. The bathroom was filthy and there was no soap to wash your hands. The food was good and the employees very friendly. However, this location does not represent the Cook Out standards we are used to. The lady that was taking orders was so rude. One of us had never been to this place before and I had only been once before so we really didn’t know how to order because their menu was sort of confusing. So, we get up to the counter and we get a few words in for our order and the lady just walks away from us and helps take care of others. Then she comes back, has us repeat our order, then she walks away again. All in total she walked away from us four times and it took us four tries to get the order right. Then I tried ordering a large drink and she kept handing me the same cup and finally I tapped the cup I wanted and she said to me that’s called a huge. Ok lady, I obviously didn’t know so why don’t you figure it out. Why did you have to even more rude than you already are. Then we got the food. The two hamburger quesadillas we ordered barley had any hamburger in it. Probably not even a half a patty of meat. The two cheeseburgers we ordered were even made right. They were missing items and they were cold. I would ABSOLUTELY never recommend this location to anyone, not even my enemies. And why I say this location is because I visited the same place only in Kentucky and they were the nicest people ever. Check your food before you leave the drive thru. When the order is correct, the food is great. Utensils, napkins, straws, and sauce packets sometimes cease to exist after midnight, but that's nothing a quick check can't fix. The location I was at was disappointing. Walked in and waited about 5 minutes to even get my the lady to take my order, walked past me to fill her sofa soda cup. Walked past me again to set it down, then came over, and I was the only one inside. Inside tables were not cleaned off, seats were literally sticky. Ordered the 2 sides with my tray and literally only got 3 little onion rings. Slaw had no taste. Employee's seemed more worry about taking breaks (roughly 3) than anything else. For fast food - it’s a solid 4! Can’t beat the price point - $20.27 for 2 hot dogs, fries, onion rings, a cookies n’ cream thick milkshake and a coke float. That does not complete the order…added is a chicken sandwich, chicken wrap, hush puppies & another coke float. Again $20.27! If you are looking ambience - this is not the place…it’s fast food (& it’s better than McD’s). It is SIMPLE seating with booths and table tops with metal chairs. Service a little slow and not really with a smile, food took a bit and was ok. Cheese bites great, fries not really crisp or flavorful. Fancy shake was tasty but took a long while. Floor was wet and some tables were dirty in spite of just opening. Drive through got priority over in store customers. Service Dine in Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

It wasn't as good as I thought it would be. I've only had it a few times, as I'm from out of town, and my previous visits were delicious. This time the fries were over done and onion rings were underdone and the burger tasted soso. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Selby was fantastic! She has to be the sweetest fast food worker I have ever encountered. Customer service was way beyond! Food was good too! Has the chicken bacon wrap and it was fabulous! Highly recommended.
