I was treated to breakfast the other morning at the Cottonwood Station in Diamond, NV. This little Jem of a restaurant is off the beaten path, but not to hard to find. A beautiful, quaint & cozy dining area awaits you. They have a meal board up at the register on the day’s offerings. You then place your drink & meal order then head towards seat. You seat your self at one of their tables & the pleasant wait staff will bring out you drinks first. I order a chocolate mocha which was absolutely delicious. My breakfast plates was out to me soon after, perfectly prepared & scrumptious. I saw that they also offered pastries & decided on a cinnamon roll that is made fresh, it did not disappoint. I really enjoyed my dining experience here, the food & atmosphere were perfect way to start my day. I fully recommend that you give this place a visit. It was hidden jewelry of Red Rock National Park. It's a modern cafe surrounded by nature. Also, so delicious food and coffee. I think the owner cares about the food. I ordered Margarita pizza - thin-crust ( awesome ) Cauliflower bites - not crunch but yummy Pesto chicken sandwich - awesome Short rib sandwich - the great taste of beef The Sandwich came with a small portion of salad with pink dressing - good Regular Coffee - not strong which I wanted it It was pleasing to eat with my family. This is a delicious hidden gem. Everyone that hikes and bikes in the area, hits this wonderful, healthy, restaurant. They make everything fresh. It can be super busy, but we'll worth the wait. Great vibe also, with indoor and outdoor seating. I had the beet salad over greens and it was fabulous!!! Sorry, I forgot to take a pic. The presentation was beautiful. Awesome little place in a little town after being in the canyon all day. Restaurant had a cozy feeling to it and the staff were very friendly. I hadn’t eaten anything all day so I decided to order a pizza with pepperoni and bacon along with garlic parmesan wings. After dinner I had a peanut butter brownie and cappuccino to go. Came here because we were in the Red Rock area. The problem was is that our food took so long to be taken out we got it in sporadic timelines served separately, we got the pizza finally almost an hour later.. And when we told them that we didn't get our flatbread pizza, they kept saying that we did receive it but they gave our pizza to someone else not realizing that they did so they kept asking for proof that we did indeed order it and that we didn't get it, making it seem like that we were lying to them. Their negligence made them think that so because of that I won't be back and I do not recommend because the customer service was not that good. Despite that... Definitely add this to your list of places to stop at when our in the Red Rick area. Blue diamond is a little hidden town most drive right by. This little restaurant is a hidden gem. The food was fresh and delicious and the service was great. It was a little pricey but seems like everything is right now. The food did not disappoint. They have a bar too with lots of drink options. The peanut butter brownie was delicious too. The atmosphere was fun and peaceful. Love the thin crust pizza and the fig pizza was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back. Cute place, waited on line for a bit to order on a weekend at lunch time but food came out fast. There was nothing wrong with our food but it also wasn’t good enough I would go back for it. The seasonal matcha strawberry latte was delicious though. Maybe if go again for drinks and dessert in a cute place.
