This is the first time I’ve given a review on Cracker Barrel, I don’t eat there very often but I had gift cards; I was very pleased with my experience in ordering, pickup, and the food. We ordered a family meal and I had trouble using my gift cards online so I had to call them, everyone I spoke with answered my card question, took my order, my pickup time was quick, and the food was awesome! Big portions! There were 5 of us and we had enough for leftovers the next day! This was 5 stars all the way! I asked for well done bacon. It came burnt - I could not eat it. The server kindly brought me 2 more pieces which were very good. The new French toast was a little over done- the crust was tough. It had very little taste. But the fruit was good. My husband's breakfast of pancakes and ham was fine. We came here on the way home from a long roadtrip. I unfortunately forgot the name of our server, but they were great. I joined the Cracker Barrel rewards club to get a free appetizer. We got the White Cheddar Cheese Bites, and they were fantastic. The ranch that comes with it is delicious, and the cheese bites themselves are thick and flavorful. The biscuits we got were good, but the cornbread was noticeably burnt. I ordered the Sunday Homestyle Chicken meal with macaroni n’ cheese and mashed potatoes for my two sides. I’ve had it before and really enjoyed it, so I decided to get it again. It was a very filling meal, and the service was great. The store was also fun and had good sales, and the people working in the store were super nice!
