We ate there on Saturday afternoon. There was no wait, they had a spin the wheel for something free. We picked the nachos. They were so disgusting, they had pickles and BBQ sauce on them. The waiter served them and said he'd bring us serving plates once the dishwasher washed them - We never got them. Then, when we were ready to oder he asked if we were ready for our check. We ordered our food no one ever checked if our food was okay or if we needed anything. The Bleu cheese coleslaw was terrible. I probably could have exchanged it but since our server never checked back with us it was impossible to exchange it. The table next to us was waving their napkin to get the manager or waiters attention. The manager, short, petit female looked over but did not come over to help. My friend finally went in the kitchen and told the manager about how dissatisfied we and the table next to us were with the service. The manager never came over to apologize or hear our concerns. Instead, from the kitchen she shouted out about the California law and that our server was on a break. She ended up giving the table next to us a 50% discount but did nothing for us.
This was our first (and last) time visiting this restaurant. We were celebrating a birthday and what a disappointment the experience was.

Wendy the regional manager was serving us tonight and boy does she rock! I could tell the place was firing on all cylinders. She was extremely attentive and accommodating. Food came out perfect. Can’t wait to come back.
