There was a lot of noise from the other room. The table was extremely loud and screaming 😱 I asked them to please lower their volume, because they were disturbing the other guests. They then spewed out several expletives and said that no one else complained. Usually great experience. Got in at 8pm food was mediocre and chicken felt reheated. We were treated like we were holding up closing time. Crandall's is a very pleasant restaurant with excellent staff. They do a really nice job handling even their busiest times. While they certainly have a full menu, the all you can eat chicken seems to be their calling card. The chicken is super freshly cooked, but I will admit I found it unworthy of the rave reviews I tend to see. It's fine and a pretty good value for a full meal--it's just not *great* chicken. Chicken here is always good. Had the Prime Rib for NYE and the large was large and tasty. Good service and good food. They didn't raise their prices for NY Eve as many places do. A short road trip for a great meal. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
