I love this place from the espresso to the baristas- particularly Melissa. I was confused about my order, and she came in and really tried to understand. Only if I could give them zero stars, worse experience ever and it’s not the first time they did this!! Paying $10 for something I didn’t order, I ordered the jalapeño bagel and they choose plain one for me without even contacting me!
