Wow this place is really focused on customer service, which is outstanding for a fast food restaurant concept Everybody is really polite, attending you with a nice smile, food is always well served and the atmosphere is great. Everytime I have been there the manager is making rounds making sure everyone is having a nice time there. My tenders came out at a normal respectable time. The milk shake….. that’s another story! Not only did I have to go in and ask for it, after waiting 20 minutes… They still gave me the wrong one!!! Good food. Good service. Insanely expensive. Almost $20 dollars for a meal. 1 burger, 1 fry, 1.shake. It was their basic burger combo, all I did was substitute the shake for the pop. Not going back unless I hit the lotto Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Rarely go to Culver's, but the Cod looked super good on the commercial, so I got pulled in. If you've never been to a Culver's, you order and pay at the front counter, then they give you a number to put on your table and they bring the food to you a few minutes later Pretty expensive for fast food ($15 for the 3 piece Cod dinner). For reference, the Cod dinner at Big Boys is a dollar more, you get way more fries, and of course a full service dining experience. Cod was very good; with a nice, crispy batter. Fries were the crinkle cut kind, they were perfectly done. Coleslaw was nice and creamy. Roll was a little stale. Like most fast food restaurants, at the end of your meal you buss your own table. Culver's is the home of the butter burger and slow churned ice cream dreams! We all know it's a chain store and we know what to expect from the food... But I can say every time I have been here the manager has always walked around to make sure we are happy and the place is always spotless clean 👍 keep up the good work everyone and we look forward to seeing you next time 🙌😁 Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

Amazing smash style burgers. These are definitely in the league now certain famous New York burger chain brands. Staff were very polite. Really nice atmosphere around you too. Highly recommended. Cheese curds w/ ranch really hits the spit too. Chili had lots of flavor and did its job really well. Nothing special, but definitely good chili. The worker was super nice. Drive through took a super long time to bring out the food. Mediocre food for the price... had a coupon so it was cheap but otherwise this place is expensive. Food is dry and not that tasty. Fries are a 4/10. Much better places to eat! Customer service is good at least. Can’t get an order right even though I told them several times no tomato. Probably won’t be back.

The food is hot and fresh. Unique flavors with filling portions. An All-American treat any day of the week. My favorite is the standard butter cheeseburger. Outdoor seating is a welcome addition throughout the year except, of course, during a wicked Michigan snowstorm! Plenty of parking. The place is kept immaculately clean. The dining room is a pleasure in itself.
