I cannot express enough gratitude for how my complaint was handled today. 🙏 thank you to the Manager and the staff with her who handled me when I was so frustrated, sore, and anxious for an upcoming surgical procedure this week and had to come into the store more than once to dissolve the situation. I feel so bad writing this review, but honestly.. how hard is it to not put ketchup on a burger when that's the only modification asked for. The staff is so friendly and kind, and the burgers are still amazing but I don't think my request for no ketchup has ever been listened to in all the times I've gone here.
