Just left the store after their employee was super rude. The guy literally was counting down every second I was in the store and then not only were the gas pumps closed before closing but he refused to let an elderly woman use the restroom. I will Never Ever personally Ever return to this location and I really hope this company makes a better choice of employees in the future this man clearly did not want to be there.

Really a horrible place. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Traveling through Massachusetts from out of state, we took exit 83 off I-495 looking for gas. To begin with, access to the place is weird through a very small ramp/driveway off the main road. My wife stayed outside to fill the tank while I went in to use the restroom. It was bad - no signage, broken down, filthy, no towels, etc. This generally had the look of a place that is owned by someone from far away who never visits, has no pride of ownership, and couldn't care less. Young clerk ignored me, as he was busy dealing with another employee who I guess was his supervisor, a young punk in a hoodie without any Cumberland Farms or other insignia who was using loud profanity as he fiddled with the cash register behind the counter. I went outside and saw my wife was looking for her glasses inside the car while the gas was being pumped. A minute later, hoodied-out-of-uniform punk came storming outside yelling at us and pointing out some tiny sign on the pump (virtually invisible due to the horrible lighting in the driveway). At first I thought maybe we weren't supposed to be pumping our own gas (think New Jersey), but apparently there are big fines in Mass. if you take your hand off the gas pump while dispensing fuel. Took him a while to even explain what was wrong, as he was clearly enjoying his pathetic moment in the sun, scolding my wife, who was apologizing profusely the whole time. Then the little low-life stormed off. Might even be laughable, but I hated that we had already filled half the tank. Places like this don't deserve your (or our) money and shouldn't even be in business.

Absolutely the worst Cumberland farms I’ve ever been to. Went in on a Saturday afternoon at 12:25. All food was still cooking, place looked like trash and then to top it all off I wanted to buy $35 worth of gas, I handed the cashier a $50 bill. She said she couldn’t accept it because she didn’t have change!!!! I said ok then give me $40 worth and she said she still didn’t have change. She called the manager over and he verified that they didn’t have change for a $50 bill. I shook my head and said it was unbelievable that they didn’t even have $15 in their drawer for change. Worst customer service and walked out, figured I would use my card at the pump and get gas. Needless to say the pump was screwed up and couldn’t get it to work. I’m sure it was the person inside not authorizing it but can’t prove it. Nevertheless I left there and went to the Haffner station across the street. They had plenty of change and were a lot more pleasant, I will now go there instead of Cumberland farms. Cumberland farms has great price on coffee but other than that the prices are high and service is terrible. Their logo is the stop that keeps you going, in this location they should be “the stop that keeps you going to the competition “

This store in Westford,MA is nice. Alot of food and drinks to buy. Disappointed the hours are only 5AM til 7PM. Also if you get to the store 5 minutes before 7PM the sales person yells out to you sorry store is closed. But you know it isn't 7PM yet. Hope the hours get better and the manager hires more employees. I think with shorter hour is because of the Covid 19 pandemic we all experienced. Now I find a new convince store like Cumberland Farms that is open later a little more longer.
Foods never ready. Like snow storm. Ud think food would be ready for people working the storm. Nope not a thing ready.
Cheap coffee and expensive gas. Clean tidy only when certain employees are on duty. Typical convenience store experience.
