Picture this. You just gave birth and your first meal at home is DQ. You make a simple order, 4pc chicken strip basket with ranch. They give u 3 small pieces of chicken, no dipping sauce or gravy at all, and no toast. Receipt was not in the bag after asking for it. I went at 1 pm roughly on Nov 6 2023. Me and my wife used coupons but the total seemed unusually more than it should have been and I wasn't given a receipt and my order was incorrect when brought to the table . When the manager came to address my concerns she got very rude and told me we obviously couldn't afford to eat there and probably shouldn't come back. I will be telling all my friends about this experience. It wouldn't surprise me if she pocketed the extra money.
