I ordered through the drive thru. We ordered 2 steak finger baskets, a 6 piece and a 4 piece. I found a hair in my food and Joe the GM wanted to argue with me. He acted like I put the hair in my food. On top of that, he was very rude asked me, “what do you want me to do about it.” I will never be visiting this location again. If I could give them half a star I would. Very unprofessional behavior from the GM! 😡😡😡 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The place is ok. The food was mediocre. The fries were good. The kids got bananas with their kids meal. Every banana was over ripe and ready to be banana bread. The staff seemed to be irritated about having to switch them out. They replaced them but each replacement was even worse. So we opted for fries instead. The burger orders were made correctly although the patty is literally 1/4” thick. The patty didn’t have any flavor. There was lots of bacon on the burger but it tasted weird. Didn’t look burnt but it tasted that way. The buns are big but the patty was about 2/3 of the bun. Overall impression was soso. I just want to say every time I've been to this DQ in Mt Vernon it's always been a good experience, with good food. (The one in Mt pleasant I can't say the same for) So tonight the lady that took my order was polite and pleasant and the young lady who brought out my food was so sweet and her smile just made my night. So I wanted y'all to know I always enjoy coming to this DQ and I have since 2017.
